The electronic air tickets reserved in system of on-line booking and paid by the client into the account of Agency, are sent on the e-mail specified in booking or by fax.
If you have not received the electronic air ticket and/or wish to change the address of an e-mail, write on the address info@all-tickets.com.ua and the operator will contact you.
